This permission applies only to publicly available Website content and does not grant any right to access, extract, reproduce, or commercially exploit Vintage Doors' proprietary systems, pricing methodologies, engineering rules, software, configuration logic, quotation systems, databases, or other protected intellectual property.

Automated Access and Proprietary Systems

Vintage Doors has invested substantial time and resources developing proprietary software, product configurators, pricing methodologies, engineering rules, manufacturing logic, CAD libraries, quotation systems, and related business processes.

Except for the limited indexing expressly permitted under Search Engines and Artificial Intelligence above, or with our prior written permission, and in addition to the prohibitions outlined above, you may not use bots, AI agents, automated scripts, crawlers, scrapers, browser automation tools, or similar technologies to:

• Scrape or systematically collect information from the Website.

• Submit automated or excessive requests intended to extract pricing information, engineering rules, product databases, manufacturing information, or configuration logic.

• Reverse engineer, benchmark, analyze, replicate, or discover the algorithms, pricing methodologies, APIs, quotation systems, software, or business logic used by Vintage Doors.

• Use Website data or outputs to develop or improve competing products, pricing engines, configurators, quotation systems, software, databases, machine learning models, or artificial intelligence systems.

• Circumvent authentication requirements, security controls, rate limits, CAPTCHA systems, or other technical protections.

• Access portions of our infrastructure not intended for public use.

Vintage Doors may monitor automated activity and reserves the right to block IP addresses, limit requests, suspend access, disable user accounts, or pursue any legal remedies available.

Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, pricing, availability, photographs, and drawings are accurate.

Because our products are handcrafted from natural solid wood, every door is unique. Variations in grain, color, figure, texture, and other natural characteristics are expected and are not considered defects.

Photographs and renderings are intended to represent our products but may not exactly reflect the appearance of every handcrafted piece or the way finishes appear on different displays.

Vintage Doors reserves the right to update designs, specifications, pricing, finishes, options, and availability without prior notice.

Custom Orders

Nearly every Vintage Doors product is handcrafted specifically for an individual customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all dimensions, specifications, options, shop drawings, and approvals before production begins.

Once production has commenced, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be available.

Quote Requests Orders and Payment

The Website currently allows visitors to browse products and submit quote requests; it does not accept direct purchases. Submitting a quote request or product configuration through the Website does not create a binding order or agreement. Orders are handled separately through written Vintage Doors documentation as described under No Reliance below.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment in full is required before shipment.

After a quote has been reviewed and converted to an order, we may provide a link to a secure third-party payment provider to complete payment. Payment card information is collected and processed by the payment provider. Vintage Doors does not store complete payment card information on its servers.

Failure to provide timely payment may delay manufacturing or shipment.

Additional terms and conditions may also apply to specific portions, services, or features of the Website. All such additional terms and conditions are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Shipping Installation and Warranty

Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Once a shipment has been released to a freight carrier, delivery schedules are controlled by that carrier.

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery and documenting any visible freight damage before signing the delivery receipt.

Proper storage, finishing, sealing, maintenance, and installation are essential to the long-term performance of solid wood products.

Complete customer responsibilities regarding shipping, inspection, installation, finishing, maintenance, returns, and warranty coverage are described in our Important Product Information, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Warranty Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

No Reliance

Information presented on this Website—including pricing estimates, product visualizations, configurator outputs, AI-generated recommendations, product suggestions, and preliminary quotations—is provided for informational purposes only. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by you or any other visitor to the Website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

Nothing displayed on the Website constitutes a binding quotation or offer to sell.

A binding agreement is formed only when Vintage Doors issues a written quotation, order confirmation, invoice, or other written acceptance of your order.

Except for uses expressly permitted under these Terms, nothing in these Terms grants any license to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, commercially exploit, adapt, train machine learning or artificial intelligence systems upon, or otherwise use these assets without our prior written consent.

You must not:

• Modify copies of any materials from the Website.

• Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.

• Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from copies of materials from the Website.

Limitation on Time to File Claims

IN CONNECTION WITH ANY DISPUTE, ANY AND ALL SUCH RIGHTS TO ASSERT A CLASS CLAIM, CLASS ACTION, OR A CLAIM OTHER THAN IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY WAIVED. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND USING THE WEBSITE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO: (1) BRING A CLAIM AGAINST VINTAGE DOORS AS A CLASS ACTION OR IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY; OR (2) PARTICIPATE IN A CLAIM AS A CLASS MEMBER.

Arbitration

At Vintage Doors' sole discretion, it may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Rules of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying New York State law.

Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Vintage Doors of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Vintage Doors to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Force Majeure

Vintage Doors shall not be responsible to you, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, elements of nature or acts of God, war, pandemics or epidemics, actions or decrees of governmental bodies, acts of terrorism, or acts of cybercriminals.

Potential Disruptions

Access to the Website may be unavailable, delayed, limited, or slowed from time to time due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, hardware or software failures, errors or bugs, security incidents, third-party service disruptions, or other causes beyond Vintage Doors' reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vintage Doors shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from such causes and does not guarantee continuous availability or uninterrupted functionality of the Website.

Termination and Suspension

Vintage Doors may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Website at any time, with or without notice, in our sole discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or to protect the security or integrity of the Website. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination or expiration of these Terms will survive, including, without limitation, Website Use, Automated Access and Proprietary Systems, Intellectual Property, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Venue, Limitation on Time to File Claims, Class Action Waiver, Arbitration, and any other provisions intended to have continuing effect.

Assignment

The Terms may not be assigned by you to any third parties without the prior written consent of Vintage Doors. Any assignment made without such consent will be null and void.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Subject to Vintage Doors' right to require arbitration under the Arbitration section, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state courts located in St. Lawrence County, New York, or, where federal jurisdiction applies, the United States District Court having jurisdiction over St. Lawrence County.

For disputes and proceedings properly brought in court under these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts and waive any objection based on improper venue or forum non conveniens.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the additional terms and policies incorporated by reference in these Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Vintage Doors regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.

Changes to These Terms

Vintage Doors may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
