Some of us learned on farms, others in furniture shops or design studios, but we’re all here for the same reason: to build something that lasts and leaves a legacy. For us, doing it right means caring about every step — from the first sketch to the final moment your door closes with that solid, quiet sound that tells you it’s built to last. A historic profile becomes a puzzle to solve piece by piece. Every day brings something new to figure out, and that’s what makes our job meaningful. As Baxter, who translates every customer’s vision into precise shop drawings, puts it: “The journey matters as much as the result.” Hudson, who keeps every project — and every person — moving in rhythm, calls it faithfulness: “doing every task like it’s a gift to others.” And Mike, who leads the final inspection before every door leaves the shop, says it best:  “If I wouldn’t hang it in my house, it doesn’t leave the shop.” ##### Meet the People Behind the Doors When you choose a Vintage Door, you’re not just buying a product.
